The best place for karaoke on South Padre would be at the Corral Reef. It's real hole in the wall but I always seem to enjoy myself there more than just about any other place I go on the island. It's a come as your are do as you please kind of place. There are open almost every afternoon and night.

There are a number of other bars and restaurants that occasionally have a karaoke going. Seems like there is always a couple going all the time. But they come and go so often it would be impossible for me to keep updated information about them. I suggest you pick up some local free papers and browse their advertisements.
